POINT BLANK, Texas — A small rural community, which recorded less than 700 residents during the 2010 Census, has gained a millionaire after a resident claimed a $3 million Texas Lottery scratch ticket.

A Point Blank, Texas, resident claimed a top prizewinning ticket worth $3 million in the Texas Lottery scratch ticket game $750 Million Winner's Circle.

The ticket was purchased at the Bingo Truck Stop at 46002 Interstate Highway 10 in Winnie, Texas, some two hours from Point Blank, which are both located east and north of Houston, respectively.

The claimant elected to remain anonymous.

"This was the fourth of 12 top prizes worth $3 million to be claimed in this game," stated the Texas Lottery. "$750 Million Winner’s Circle offers more than $750 million in total prizes. Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 2.88, including break-even prizes."
