HOUSTON, Texas — A reward up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the capture of a fugitive wanted for super aggravated sexual assault of a child, the Houston Crime Stoppers and Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division announced today.
Police identified the fugitive as 43-year-old Rafael Delarosa — an Hispanic male, approximately 5'11", 220 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
On Thursday, June 20, 2019, the Houston Police Department responded to the 8000 block of Lanham Lane in Houston, Texas, in reference to a report of a sexual assault.
"During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of sexual abuse," stated Crime Stoppers in their release this morning. "Detectives learned that the fugitive, Rafael Delarosa, sexually abused the victim."
Delarosa's warrant on the charge for super aggravated sexual assault of a child was active as of May 19, 2020.
