HUMBLE, Texas — A man was arrested Tuesday at the scene of a major crash and faces his fifth driving while intoxicated charge, according to police.
The man, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman, was the at-fault driver in the crash on October 29, 2019, in the 2200 block of Farm-to-Market (FM) 1960, which is in the Humble, Texas, area.
Upon arrival of deputies, Herman says John Greco displayed several signs of intoxication.
"Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered that the was driving while intoxicated," read a statement from Herman's office. "A blood sample was collected and will be analyzed to determine his exact blood alcohol level."
Deputies later learned this was Greco's fifth driving while intoxicated offense.
Greco was booked into the Harris County Jail and is being held on no bond on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third or more.
