DALLAS, Texas — Dallas Cowboys LB Damien Wilson has been cleared of criminal charges stemming from a parking lot disturbance earlier this year.
A grand jury no billed Wilson on charges for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, KRLD's L.P. Phillips first reported Wednesday morning.
Wilson was accused striking a woman with his pickup truck in an argument over a parking spot during a tailgating party at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, on July 4, 2017, and then displaying a rifle during the incident. He was arrested that day and later released on bond.
Wilson, a fourth-round draft pick in 2015, has accumulated 11 tackles and one pass breakup in the Cowboys first five games of the 2017 season.
