POTTSBORO, Texas — A man arrested for shooting at a resident who yelled at him to slow down while speeding on a residential street on Saturday, according to the Grayson County Sheriff's Office.
At approximately 8:30 p.m., May 30, 2020, police responded to a shots fired call in the 300 block of Paris Drive in the Pottsboro area — which is located northwest of Denison, Texas, adjacent to Lake Texoma.
Police say, upon arrival, they discovered that two vehicles, a truck and passenger car, were speeding down Paris Drive when a resident of the 300 block yelled at the drivers to slow down.
The two vehicles turn around and drove back in front of the residence's house when a backseat passenger in the car, who police have identified as Sydney McIntosh, began shooting and struck a vehicle parked outside of the residence.
"There were multiple people outside at the residence when the shooting occurred, but no one was injured," stated the Grayson County Sheriff's Office. "A vehicle parked in front of the residence appeared to be the focus of the rounds fired."
McIntosh has been arrested and booked into the Grayson County Detention Center on four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, his bond is set at $400,000.
