DALLAS, Texas — A 62-year-old man was found dead in the 900 block of Cleardale Drive on May 21, 2023, prompting an ongoing homicide investigation by the Dallas Police Department.
Officers responded to a call for service at approximately 2:45 PM and discovered the victim, identified as Robert Dunmeyer, lying on the ground. Dallas Fire Rescue arrived at the scene, but despite their efforts, Dunmeyer succumbed to his injuries.
The medical examiner ruled Dunmeyer's cause of death as a homicide.
