Dallas Police Department released surveillance video from an apartment complex in connection with the fatal shooting of Joseph Langly Ingram on May 31, 2020.

DALLAS, Texas — In an attempt to garner tips, the Dallas Police Department released surveillance video today in connection with the May 31st fatal shooting of Joseph Langly Ingram.

Ingram, 28, was found deceased with multiple gunshot wounds in an apartment at 1025 West Wheatland Road at approximately 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2020.

The Dallas Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced Ingram deceased at the scene.

The surveillance video shows a dually pickup truck and silver car arrive in the apartment complex parking lot — and was entitled by the department as such. Two individuals were seen exiting those vehicles and approaching the apartment complex. Police did not release additional details, identify the vehicles or persons as suspect, or say if the pictured individuals or vehicles were of interest in the case.
