DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Police Department is investigating a fatal south Dallas shooting that occurred Tuesday night.
At approximately 8:20 p.m., the Dallas Police Department responded to a reported shooting in the 5000 block of Corrigan Court. There, police located 39-year-old Joseph Kemp with a gunshot wound.
Kemp was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.
