ASPERMONT, Texas — A 14,500-acre "sportman's paradise" has been listed in Texas' big ranch country at $13.2 million, the listing agency, according to Whitetail Properties Real Estate, which is marketing the property.

The Caloosa Ranch property boasts diverse landscape, excellent deer hunting, miles of water lines, expansive canyons, and is centrally located between Abilene, Lubbock, Midland, and Fort Worth.

A 4,768-square foot, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom lodge is located on a prominent high point at the ranch, which has nearly 300 feet of elevation change throughout the property.
