LEONARD, Texas — A $2,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted on multiple felony warrants. Police say he may be in the company of a diabetic woman reported missing out of Leonard, Texas.

The Fannin County Sheriff's Office issued a bulletin on Saturday for 29-year-old Albert "Cruz" Garza and offered a $2,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Garza is described as a Hispanic male, 5'9" tall, 145 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos on his back, left wrist, and forearms. His last known address is in Leonard, Texas, which is located in Grayson County.

Police say he may be with a white female who has health issues and attached a missing poster for 35-year-old Helen Ashley Hamm. Police say Hamm was last seen on February 17, 2019, in Leonard, Texas. She is described as 5' 7" tall, shoulder-length blonde or light-brown hair, and with tattoos on her right forearm. She has Type 1 diabetes and may not have her medication.
