TYLER, Texas — The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing three-year-old child.
Three-year-old Cash Rider was last seen on January 3, 2020, in the Tyler area and is beleived to be with his parents — 50-year-old Sharlanda McCoy and 38-year-old Lee Rider.
According to DFPS, Child Protective Services was granted custody of Cash on January 3.
Cash may have also been
regularly exposed to amphetamines and methamphetamines, according to a Smith County affidavit, KETK reported.
