LEAGUE CITY, Texas — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy from League City after his parents failed to turn him over to the Child Protective Services last week, as ordered by a judge.
the League City Police Department is searching for 2-year-old Malakhi Elijah Bankhead who was last seen Tuesday night in League City.
Bankhead is believed to be with his parents — 21-year-old Katherine Nicole Ulrich and 24-year-old Cody Albert Bankhead. His parents were supposed to turn him over to the Child Protective Services.
Malakhi Bankhead is described as a black male, 38" tall, 35 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and has eczema on his elbow.
All three are believed to be driving in a white, 2015 BMW X3 Crossover with Texas license plate No. KSW8656
"Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger," read a press release from the League City Police Department.
Ulrich is described by police as a white female, 5'11", 150 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and numerous tattoos. Cody Bankhead is described by police as a black male, 5'10", 160 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his upper arm.
